1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
2. How are orders shipped?
Within the Netherlands, we ship with PostNL.
- Most orders are sent as a letter (brievenbus post) to keep shipping costs low. Please note that letters may not always include tracking. If you prefer tracked shipping, choose this option at checkout.
3. How long will delivery take?
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
UK & Ireland: 7–12 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days (can be longer due to customs)
Australia & UAE: 12–20 business days
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe, UK, Ireland, UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
5. What if my order gets lost in the mail?
If you selected letter shipping without tracking, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed mail. For extra security, we recommend choosing a tracked option.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

9. What are your products made of?
Our bookmarks, stickers, and stationery items are handmade using quality cardstock, laminates, and specialty papers. Each piece is unique, so small variations may occur.
