Delivery Within the Netherlands
* Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. * **Shipping is free on orders of €55 or more.** * Smaller items are usually sent as letterbox mail to keep shipping costs affordable. * Letterbox mail may not include tracking. If tracked delivery is available and preferred, please select it during checkout. * Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and destinations outside the European Union.
**We do not currently ship to EU countries outside the Netherlands.**
Whenever possible, smaller items are sent as letterbox mail. Larger orders are shipped as parcels. Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout.

Due to customs processing and occasional postal delays, delivery to the USA may take longer than the estimated 10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe, but delays caused by customs or postal services are outside our control.
