NL Delivery

• Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL.

• Most items are sent as a letter (brievenbus post) to keep shipping costs low.

• Please note: letters do not always come with tracking. If you prefer tracked delivery, please select this option at checkout.

• Standard delivery within NL usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to Europe, UK, Ireland, UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia.

• Whenever possible, items are shipped as a letter to reduce costs.

• Larger or bulkier orders will be sent as a parcel.

• Please note: letters may not include tracking, while parcels always include tracking.

• Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Ireland: 7–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & UAE: 12–20 business days

• Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Due to stricter customs and ongoing postal issues, delivery to the USA can sometimes take longer than the estimated 10–20 business days. While most parcels arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
